XI Party - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XI Party (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

XI Party is a companion app for managing custom football video game leagues. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer or publisher. All match results and team setups are managed manually by users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You must respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
You are responsible for the content you submit, including match results, team names, and messages.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by XI Party, including graphics, text, and software, is the property of XI Party or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without permission.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Manual Game Setup

XI Party does not connect directly to any football video game. All team setups and match results must be entered manually by users. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your inputs.

8. Disputes and Cheating

Both players must confirm match results. If there is a dispute, the party admin has the final say.
Cheating, falsifying results, or exploiting the app is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the App.
You may delete your account at any time via the app’s account deletion feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

XI Party is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for the accuracy of manually entered data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
